# How We Announce Changes

- **You sign once.** We may update the Vendor Agreement, Plan Schedule, or Store Policies, including adding new policies, with **at least 30 days' notice**.
- **Where notices go:** posted in the [Vendor Hub](https://hub.createmarketplace.co/) and [Circle](https://createmarketplace.circle.so/join?invitation_token=d74238b74b3ab795aa339d0ac0266b91bc3be0db-cb6c46e9-516e-41dd-8c30-0d66596e7ac0), then emailed to all vendors through Circle. Each notice explains the change and its effective date.
- **When it takes effect:** on its effective date, the change replaces the earlier terms, even before the published documents are updated. No new signature is needed.
- **Your option to leave:** if a change materially and adversely affects you (higher fees or commissions, fewer benefits, or significantly greater obligations), you can leave before it takes effect with no early exit charge and a prorated refund.
- **Account notices** (billing, suspension, removal) are emailed to the address on file. Keep your contact details current and your Vendor Hub and Circle accounts active.
- **Contacting us:** email the support address listed in this Vendor Resource Center.
