# Holiday Commitment Period

October 1 through January 15 is our peak season. If you're an **in-store vendor active at any point in that window**, including if you join during it:

- Keep your plan active and your shelves stocked **through January 15**.
- This applies to every plan type, including month-to-month.
- If you cancel during the period, your plan ends no earlier than January 31.
- You can remove inventory after January 15, but there's no refund for the rest of January.
