# Check-In, Restocking & Vendor-Only Hours

- **Check in** by QR code or at the Vendor Kiosk every time you restock or maintain your display. The first missed check-in gets a written warning; repeat misses are a breach of the agreement.
- **Vendor-only hours** (access outside retail hours) must be booked at least 48 hours ahead with our scheduling form. Weekly allowances are in the Plan Schedule and don't roll over.
- **Guests:** no non-vendor guests or minors during vendor-only hours without written approval. Young Entrepreneurs must always have a parent or guardian with them.
- **Security:** the store records video 24/7 in public areas. We don't record audio. Notices are posted at the entrances.
- **Booth cameras:** allowed inside your own booth only, following the camera rules in the Store Policies.
