# Conduct, Confidentiality & Off-Platform Sales

- **Professionalism:** keep customer messages, order updates, and review replies courteous, prompt, and professional.
- **Zero tolerance:** abusive language, harassment, discriminatory remarks, or public disruptions lead to removal, trespass, and termination.
- **No off-platform sales:** every sale in the store or through our channels goes through our POS. Cash bypasses or personal payments (Venmo, Cash App, Zelle) mean termination and a $250 charge per occurrence.
- **Selling elsewhere is fine:** you set your own prices and can sell through your own website and other shops or markets. Just keep every sale made in our store or through our channels on our POS.
- **Confidentiality:** keep our non-public information private, including internal [Circle](https://createmarketplace.circle.so/join?invitation_token=d74238b74b3ab795aa339d0ac0266b91bc3be0db-cb6c46e9-516e-41dd-8c30-0d66596e7ac0) posts, screenshots, software setup, and financial details, for 3 years after you leave.
- **Non-solicitation:** during your membership and for 1 year after, don't recruit our staff, and don't encourage our vendors to leave Create Marketplace for a competitor. Inviting other vendors to also sell at other shops, markets, or events is fine, as long as you're not asking them to leave us.
- **Non-disparagement:** don't post false or misleading statements of fact about us. Honest opinions, truthful statements, and reports to government agencies are always allowed.
