# Billing Dates, Intervals & Auto-Renewal

* **Due date:** Membership Fees are billed on the 1st of each month (or the 1st of each billing period for multi-month terms).
* **Joining mid-month:** your first month is prorated.
* **Billing intervals:** month-to-month, 3, 6, or 12 months. Multi-month terms are paid in advance at the discount shown in the Plan Schedule.
* **Auto-renewal:** every plan renews automatically by card or ACH through Stripe until you cancel.
* **Other charges** (repairs, design fees, event commissions, dropshipping fees, and similar) are invoiced and due within 14 days.
* **Prepaid terms are non-refundable**, except in the cases listed in *Early Exit, Refunds & Prepaid Fees*.
