# How to Join: Signing the Vendor Agreement

1. Review the Plan Schedule and choose your tier.
2. Open the Vendor Agreement form and read it. The **Key Terms at a Glance** summary at the top covers the main points.
3. Initial the seven key sections (late fees, holiday commitment, item labels, insurance, fee forfeiture, liability, and changes).
4. Fill in your details, check the acknowledgment box, and sign.
5. Click **Agree & Submit**. You'll be taken to the [Vendor Hub](https://hub.createmarketplace.co/) to finish onboarding, and a signed PDF copy is emailed to you.

**You only sign once.** Future updates are announced with at least 30 days' notice, with no re-signing needed.

**Young Entrepreneurs:** a parent or legal guardian signs as the contracting party and enters the minor's name.
