| Plans | Eight tiers, $20–$600/month, 20%–8% commission. The Plan Schedule has current rates. |
| Billing | Membership Fees are due on the 1st and auto-renew. Other charges are invoiced, due in 14 days. |
| Late payments | 7-day grace period. On day 8: $10–$50 late fee, sales pause, in-store items come off the floor. 30 days past due may be sent to collections. |
| Canceling | Month-to-month: 30 days' notice before the 1st. |
| Holiday commitment | In-store vendors active Oct 1–Jan 15 stay stocked through Jan 15. |
| Payouts | Through Stripe every two weeks. Each payout includes all your sales since the last payout, up to the day before the payout date. |
| Insurance | $1M/$2M coverage; certificate due within 7 days of signing. |
| Item labels | Every in-store item needs a barcode or vendor ID. Unidentified items are sold and the proceeds kept by the store. |
