Online Orders & Shipping Deadlines

  • Tag your stock location for each item in the Vendor Hub: In-Store Retail Shelf or Vendor Home Studio. In-store sales update inventory automatically.
  • Ship within 2 business days. Online orders from your home inventory must ship, and local pickup orders must be ready, within 2 business days of the order notification.
  • Keep your on-hand quantities accurate. Update or remove items in the Vendor Hub as soon as they sell elsewhere or run out, and confirm your quantities during each Semi-Annual Inventory Count. If we have to cancel an online order because an item isn't available or can't ship on time, the customer gets a full refund and you're charged a $10 Canceled Order Fee (it covers a goodwill gift card for the customer and processing). It's invoiced, due in 14 days.
  • Repeat cancellations: 3 or more canceled orders within 90 days means we may remove your collection from the website, with notice, until your inventory is accurate. Your Membership Fee isn't reduced while it's off. Cancellations caused by our mistake, and Turnkey Dropshipping items, don't count.
  • Packaging: you supply boxes, tape, and packing materials, unless you use Turnkey Dropshipping.
  • Online-Only vendors fulfill their own orders the same way and can't store inventory at the store unless enrolled in an add-on.
  • Outside Colorado: follow the product safety and labeling laws where you operate and ship from, including CPSC rules for children's products, and show realistic delivery times. Cottage foods can't ship out of state.
  • Customer data: use customer details only to fulfill the order. Don't export, sell, or market to customers without their opt-in consent.
