# Plan Schedule

This Plan Schedule is incorporated into the Create Marketplace Vendor Agreement and lists each tier's fees, space, and benefits, along with administrative and service fees. Create Marketplace may update it with thirty (30) calendar days' notice under Section 16.2 of the Agreement.

## Membership Fees, Commissions & Overage Thresholds

## Administrative & Service Fees

Late fees ($10–$50 by tier, Section 2.4) and the $250 off-platform sale charge (Section 4.5) are set in the Vendor Agreement itself.
