# Store Policies

These Store Policies are part of the Vendor Agreement and apply to all in-store vendors unless noted. ## SP-1 Electrical Safety (Agreement 8.5.c)

- All electrical items and display lighting must be UL-certified.
- Every plug-in display must be on an automatic timer set to retail hours.
- Extension cords must be UL-listed, temporary only, and never run across walkways.
- No overnight unattended electrical use, open flames, burning incense, or unapproved heating elements.

## SP-2 Signage (Agreement 8.5.d)

- Price tags, signs, and booth notices must be professionally printed.
- Handwritten notes, marker, and taped-on paper signs aren't allowed and will be removed.
- Store staff can design and print signage for you (Agreement 11.2).

## SP-3 Backroom Storage Totes (Agreement 8.4)

| Labeling | Vendor name and Vendor ID, clearly visible |
| Fill level | Lid must close |
| Placement | Inside your assigned shelving only |

Non-standard, unlabeled, or overflow containers outside your shelving will be removed.

## SP-4 Booth Cameras (Agreement 9.4)

- Personal micro wireless security cameras only, installed inside your own booth.
- Lenses must point only within your booth, never at aisles, other booths, or checkout counters.
- No audio recording unless a visible sign at your booth says audio is being recorded (C.R.S. § 18-9-304).
- Non-compliant cameras must be adjusted or removed immediately on notice.

## SP-5 Off-Site Pickup Safety (Agreement 10.5; all vendors)

- Use a safe, well-lit, designated pickup spot, such as a porch pickup box.
- Don't invite customers into a private residence.
- We encourage using the store as your local pickup location.
- Create Marketplace isn't liable for off-site pickups you arrange.

## SP-6 Additional Insureds by Location (Agreement 7.2)

Your insurance endorsement must name these entities exactly as written, on a primary and non-contributory basis:
