# Semi-Annual Inventory Counts

Twice a year we hold an inventory count so every vendor's stock is accurate in the store and online.

- **When:** count periods and time slots are announced at least **30 days ahead** in the [Vendor Hub](https://hub.createmarketplace.co/) and [Circle](https://createmarketplace.circle.so/join?invitation_token=d74238b74b3ab795aa339d0ac0266b91bc3be0db-cb6c46e9-516e-41dd-8c30-0d66596e7ac0), and by email.
- **Your time slot:** we'll either assign you a slot or open a sign-up form where you choose one. Each slot has a limited number of vendors.
- **What to do:** come in at your slot and count the items on your display and in your storage totes.
- **Can't make it?** Ask to reschedule at least **7 days** before your slot (subject to availability), send someone you trust in your place, or have our staff do the count for a **$50 Inventory Count Fee**.
- **Missed count:** if you miss your slot without rescheduling, a **$25 Missed Count Fee** applies, and your unverified items may come off the website until your count is done.
- **Online-Only vendors:** confirm your on-hand quantities in the [Vendor Hub](https://hub.createmarketplace.co/) during each count period instead.

Fees are invoiced and due within 14 days. See Section 8.9 of the Vendor Agreement.
