# Upgrading or Downgrading Your Plan

- Request a change in the [**Vendor Hub**](https://hub.createmarketplace.co/).
- **Upgrades** take effect immediately, prorated for the rest of the month.
- **Downgrades** take effect on your next billing date.
- On a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term, you can upgrade anytime but can't downgrade until the term ends.
- If your new tier doesn't fit your current space, you have 7 days to relocate, downsize, or remove items.
- A new tier's overage threshold applies from the month the upgrade takes effect.
