Early Exit, Refunds & Prepaid Fees

Early Exit means leaving before the end of a 3-, 6-, or 12-month term, or, for in-store vendors, during the Holiday Commitment Period. The charge is the greater of:

  • your prepaid fees (kept by the store), or
  • two months of Membership Fees (you pay any difference),

never both, and never more than the fees left in your term.

Examples: a Growth vendor ($175/month) on a prepaid 12-month term who leaves after 4 months forfeits the unused prepaid fees and owes nothing more. A month-to-month Growth vendor who leaves November 20 owes $350.

Prorated refunds of unused prepaid fees are issued only when:

  • we end your membership without cause,
  • we fail to provide your space or system access for 14+ days and don't fix it within 7 days of your notice, or
  • you leave before a change that materially and adversely affects you takes effect.

If we terminate for cause (or you never provide insurance), we keep up to 3 months of prepaid fees and refund the rest, minus anything you owe.

No refunds or credits for voluntary cancellation, suspensions, store closures, or space moves.
