Billing Dates, Intervals & Auto-Renewal

• Due date: Membership Fees are billed on the 1st of each month (or the 1st of each billing period for multi-month terms).
• Joining mid-month: your first month is prorated.
• Billing intervals: month-to-month, 3, 6, or 12 months. Multi-month terms are paid in advance at the discount shown in the Plan Schedule.
• Auto-renewal: every plan renews automatically by card or ACH through Stripe until you cancel.
• Other charges (repairs, design fees, event commissions, dropshipping fees, and similar) are invoiced and due within 14 days.
• Prepaid terms are non-refundable, except in the cases listed in Early Exit, Refunds & Prepaid Fees.
