Late Payments, Grace Period & Collections

Every payment has a 7-day grace period. If it's still unpaid on the 8th day after the due date:

  1. A one-time late fee applies (table below).
  2. Your POS and online sales pause, and payouts are held.
  3. In-store items move from the floor to storage, and your space may be reassigned. You get the next available space for your tier once you're current.

  • One-time waiver: once every 12 months, we waive the late fee if your Membership Fee is paid within 15 days of the due date. Sales stay paused until it's paid.
  • Membership Fees keep accruing while your account is paused.
  • 30 days past due: the balance may be sent to a collection agency (you'd also owe reasonable collection costs), and we may end your agreement.
  • Balances after you leave: refunds or chargebacks that can't be taken from a payout are invoiced, due in 14 days, and follow these same rules.

We try to send a reminder before the grace period ends, but a missed reminder doesn't extend the deadline.
