Q: Check-In, Restocking & Vendor-Only Hours

<ul> <li>Check in by QR code or at the Vendor Kiosk every time you restock or maintain your display. The first missed check-in gets a written warning; repeat misses are a breach of the agreement.</li> <li>Vendor-only hours (access outside retail hours) must be booked at least 48 hours ahead with our scheduling form. Weekly allowances are in the Plan Schedule and don't roll over.</li> <li>Guests: no non-vendor guests or minors during vendor-only hours without written approval. Young Entrepreneurs must always have a parent or guardian with them.</li> <li>Security: the store records video 24/7 in public areas. We don't record audio. Q: Existing Vendors: Moving to Membership Plans

If you joined before membership tiers launched: <ul> <li>Signing the new agreement replaces your old one. Your current pricing continues until your current term ends; then you choose a tier.</li> <li>Want to switch now? Check the Early Transition box on the signature page. Your new tier starts on the 1st of the next month, with no early termination fee and no lost deposit.</li> <li>Prepaid balance: any unused prepaid fees are credited to your Stripe account toward future Membership Fees.</li> <li>Security deposit: credited to your Stripe account when you transition. Deposits are no longer collected.</li> <li>Leaving instead? Finish your current term to keep your full deposit; ending early forfeits it. This Plan Schedule is incorporated into the Create Marketplace Vendor Agreement and lists each tier's fees, space, and benefits, along with administrative and service fees. Create Marketplace may update it with thirty (30) calendar days' notice under Section 16.2 of the Agreement.

Holiday Commitment Period

October 1 through January 15 is our peak season. If you're an in-store vendor active at any point in that window, including if you join during it:

Keep your plan active and your shelves stocked through January 15.
This applies to every plan type, including month-to-month.
If you cancel during the period, your plan ends no earlier than January 31.
You can remove inventory after January 15, but there's no refund for the rest of January.

Tier Overage Commission

Each tier is built for a monthly sales range. If your gross sales in a calendar month go over your tier's threshold, an extra 2% applies to that whole month's gross sales. | Tier | Monthly threshold | | ---- | ---- | | Hobbyist | $500 | | Starter | $1,500 | | Growth | $2,500 | | Scale | $4,000 | | Business | $10,000 | | Enterprise, Online-Only, Young Entrepreneurs | No overage | Example: a Growth vendor who sells $3,000 in April owes an extra 2% of $3,000, which is $60. At $2,000 in May, nothing extra is owed. Upgrading to Scale raises the threshold to $4,000 starting that month. The overage is invoiced after the month ends and is due within 7 business days. The usual grace period and late fees apply. If you're over most months, upgrading usually costs less.
