Semi-Annual Inventory Counts
Twice a year we hold an inventory count so every vendor's stock is accurate in the store and online. October 1 through January 15 is our peak season. If you're an in-store vendor active at any point in that window, including if you join during it: Keep your plan active and your shelves stocked through January 15. This applies to every plan type, including month-to-month. If you cancel during the period, your plan ends no earlier than January 31. You can remove inventory after January 15, but there's no refund for the rest of January. Leaving during the holiday period counts asFew readersDisplay Standards & Booth Upkeep

Check in by QR code or at the Vendor Kiosk every time you restock or maintain your display. The first missed check-in gets a written warning; repeat misses are a breach of the agreement. Vendor-only hours (access outside retail hours) must be booked at least 48 hours ahead with our scheduling form. Weekly allowances are in the Plan Schedule and don't roll over. Every item in the store needs a scannable barcode (strongly recommended) or a clear vendor ID (your vendor name and ID). Why it matters: at checkout we sell every item a customer brings up. If an item can't be matched to a vendor, we can't trace it later, and the proceeds are kept by the store. Staff don't research unmarked items after the sale. Also keep prices accurate. Under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act, you're responsible for your pricing. **Turnkey Dropshipping vendorFew readersYour Space, Storage & Layout Changes
Assignment: space is assigned by tier, first come, first served. Your fee covers your membership and tier benefits, not a specific spot. This isn't a lease. "Up to" sizes in the Plan Schedule are maximums. If your full footprint isn't available, you get the best available space and join the waiting list for your tier's full footprint. Young Entrepreneurs: up to 24 cubes in the Youth Section. Backroom storage: included bins depend on your tier (see the Plan Schedule). ToteFew readersStore Hours, Closures & Damaged Items

Risk of loss: you carry the risk for theft, shoplifting, water, fire, and other loss to your items in the store, which is why insurance is required. **If our staff damage your itFew readers
