How Commissions Work

• Rate: your tier's commission (see the Plan Schedule) is charged on the sale subtotal, which is the item price before sales tax and shipping.
• Your own discounts: if you run a sale or coupon code, commission is still calculated on the original, pre-discount price.
• Store-wide promotions: when we run a promotion and absorb the discount, you're paid on the full retail price. The discount may briefly show against your sales at checkout; we correct it the following Monday (or next business day after a holiday). You're included by default and can opt out with our opt-out form.
• Off-site events: sales at store-sponsored events carry a 10% commission. See Store-Sponsored Events.
