Payout Schedule & Stripe Setup

  • Setup: complete Stripe Connect onboarding, link your bank account, and submit a Form W-9. Payouts can't be released until this is done.
  • Schedule: payouts go out every two weeks. Each payout includes all of your sales since the last payout, up to and including the day before the payout date. For example, an order placed the day before a payout date is included in that payout.
  • Holidays: if a payout date falls on a federal or bank holiday, the payout goes out the next business day.
  • Returns after payout: if a sale is refunded, returned, or charged back after it's been paid out, the amount is deducted from your next payout.
  • Bank timing: how long the deposit takes to reach your bank after a payout is issued depends on Stripe and your bank.
  • If Stripe is down: we can pay by Zelle or paper check once you submit a Payout Designation Form. Without the form, your payout waits for Stripe. Reissuing a check because of wrong payee details costs $15.
  • Delays caused by Stripe, software errors, or verification holds aren't our liability; we release the payout as soon as the issue is resolved.
  • Location: you must be in the United States with a U.S. Stripe account. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
