Cottage Foods, Cosmetics & Product Safety

• Follow the rules for your products: FDA regulations, local health codes, and the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, including labels, ingredient lists, and allergen warnings. Provide permits or test results on request.
• Cottage foods are sold with our staff as your designated representative, as CDPHE guidance allows. Show every CDPHE-required label and consumer notice, sell only to customers in Colorado, and never ship out of state.
• Recalls and safety issues: pull any recalled or unsafe product immediately, tell us within 24 hours, and cover any resulting refunds.
• We may remove any non-compliant product.
