Prohibited Items & Intellectual Property

You must own, and have the right to sell, everything you list. These are not allowed:

• Alcohol
• CBD, THC, and nicotine products
• Weapons and ammunition
• Adult materials
• Counterfeit or infringing goods

Prohibited items are confiscated and the agreement is terminated. If we get a credible infringement notice or cease-and-desist, we may remove the item immediately.
