Returns & When We May Override Your Policy
- Your return policy: you can set your own, as long as it's posted at your display (in-store) and uploaded to the Vendor Hub. Otherwise, the store's standard return policy applies.
- When we may override it: we may refund, exchange, or give store credit when the law requires it or it's needed to fix a customer issue fairly, for example when an item is:
- defective, damaged, unsafe, or recalled
- materially different from its listing, label, or description
- mispriced, charged incorrectly, or sold in error
- lost or damaged in shipping
- linked to an allergic reaction, injury, or safety concern
- the subject of a chargeback or payment dispute
- sold without your return policy posted or shown to the customer
- We'll notify you of any override.
- Who pays: you cover these refunds, plus refunds for substantiated customer complaints, invoiced within 14 days. We pay when the problem was our mistake, such as a staff checkout error or an item damaged in a dropship package we packed.
